Right from the beginning of the 32-minute-plus clip, you get a sense that Regina is taking her time starting the old '89 Ford Fiesta. Weathered, partly due to the winter months, the small car sat motionless under the trees. Regina senses that many unsuccessful attempts to start it follow, so she first takes a sip of energy drink from the can, then gets in and changes her sneakers. Instead, she puts on the pretty pink sneakers. They look nicer on the pedals.
Before the first attempt to start the car, she lights a cigarette.
Before attempting to start the car for the first time, she presses the accelerator pedal ten times and counts. Then she pauses briefly, thinking: just press it ten more times. She continues counting like this up to twenty.
The starting attempts are in vain. After a while, Regina puts the car in gear, starts it again, and lets the clutch pedal rise far enough so that the starter motor sounds slower and smoother. Then she presses it down again so that the starter motor sounds like normal again. Does she want to drain the battery faster this way? Of course, that happens. But it still takes a while. At the end of the clip, Regina gets out and moves forward to the hood. She leans forward and looks to see what's wrong with the engine. She can't find anything. Various camera angles can be seen in this clip. All of them can be seen briefly in the preview. A great clip, if only because of Regina's tall appearance (185 cm tall) with a shoe size of 45 (EU) and her beautiful blue eyes.
